Charitable organizations interested in applying for a grant from the Evjue Foundation, Inc., must complete the Foundation’s Application Form. We have designed an online process we think you will find easy to follow and complete. Click here to access the form.

Once completed, the Application must be submitted via email to:

Please note that all applications must be completed using the Foundation’s Application Form. Altered Application Forms cannot be recognized by our system. Use only a PDF reader (like Adobe Acrobat Reader) to populate our form, not a PDF editor or the MacOS native Quartz PDFContext, as these can cause the structure of the form to change and therefore make it impossible to input into our system.

A valid employer identification number (EIN) for your 501c3 organization must be entered on the form to be submitted. If your organization is using a fiscal agent, please attach a letter of agreement between your organization and the fiscal agent, signed by both entities. The letter should include the EIN for the fiscal agent. If you have questions, please send an email to the address above.

The Evjue Board, after discussing its commitment to diversity at its most recent meeting, has decided to add a mandatory question on that topic to its application form.

An application that fails to comply with all of the above requirements will be excluded from consideration.

Due to the large number of requests we receive for each Grant Application cycle, we are unable to provide insight to individual applicants. Presentation requests cannot be accommodated due to our schedule. Grant Application Requests are reviewed by the entire 15 Evjue Foundation Board members and the grant decisions are made during our semi-annual meetings. The Evjue Foundation Board will request more information from your organization if we feel it is necessary to make our decision.

The Evjue Foundation, Inc. has two grant cycles per year. Organizations may only apply once per year. Details for each grant cycle are as follows:
